ST SYSTEM TRUCK s.r.l (ST – esseti) was founded in 2000 on the initiative of three founding partners who, with extensive experience in the transformations of industrial vehicles sector, started transformation production with special emphasis on the application of hydraulically controlled steered axles, by a patented system (TECHNOLOGY), a product of its sister company HTS (Hydro Tech Systems) s.r.l, that produces and tests in the same facility as System Truck.

The major manufacturers who collaborate with S.T System Truck are IVECO, RENAULT, VOLVO, SCANIA.

System Truck is responsible for over 95% of all IVECO transformations carried out in Italy. In 2005, the company completed over 500 transformations and sent a further 300 steering systems with axles in the form of kits to clients all across Europe. Since 2000, these numbers have increased annually along with the company workforce and size of premises.

System Truck make proposals and is available to analyse and create new technical solutions, also on vehicles of other main manufacturers.

All the various system for the transformations (suspensions, steering, axle lifting, and pneumatic & electrical) are designed by the System Truck technical office and are specifically licensed by the truck manufacturer. Transformations are undertaken by experienced personnel at the 6000 mq facility in Verona. New and existing projects always conform to the technical requirements set by the original manufactures and follow all legal requirements.

The vehicles are tested by the C.P.A of Verona (Italian Ministry of Transport) and must pass the following categories: Brakes, ABS., sterzo, tempi di intervento, ecc.). , Steering Test, Suspension equivalence testing & Brake timing.

For chassis modifications System Truck make use of the most specialised suppliers in the sector and all its welders are highly qualified. All processes of welding are approved and certified from the RINA. The company facility benefits from a 5 ton load capacity for vehicle testing and a paint booth that fits vehicles up to 12m in length. Before delivery, every vehicle is checked with a ‘Josam’ laser device which controls truck axle alignment.

Techno Trailer s.r.l. was founded in 2006 and is a partnership between System Truck s.r.l, HTS Hydro Tech System s.r.l and TECMA s.r.l.. Utilising the engineering experience of System Truck, Techno Trailer constructs trailers and semi-trailers that incorporate hydraulically controlled steering axles. The axles used, manufactured by Tecma s.r.l, can be provided with wheel and brake systems of various constructors including SAF, MERITOR, DAIMLER, etc. The objective of Techno Trailer is to build specialised vehicles to suit customer requirements.
