TRANSFORMATIONS AND SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES

The transformations of industrial vehicles carried out by our company up until now are summarised in the following list:

-     Modify the wheelbase: lengthening and shortening the wheelbase on every type of vehicle, from light weight to heavy duty trucks.

-     Transformations to 3 axles: by means of applying a self steer axle or a hydraulically controlled full steer axle ( TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM),in a central or rear position, beginning with vehicles with 2 axles.

-     Transformations to 4 or 5 axles: by means of applying axles with mechanical steering and hydraulic power assisted steering ( TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM ), beginning with vehicles with 3 axles to obtain vehicles with maximum weight of 32 ton (4 axles) 40 ton (5 axles) . At present, the marks for which we carry out major transformations are IVECO, RENAULT and VOLVO for each there are two different configurations described as 2+2 and 1+3 depending on the position of the added axle ( see photo ). In both configurations, System Truck, uses ORIGINAL AXLES with disc brakes.

-     Transformations of fixed rear axles into self steer or Hydraulic control steered axles.

-     Application and/or supply of kits to hydraulically control the steering on new axles and also for axles already in circulation.
